Hx: PSA 3 GL 3 RT

Power Doppler prostate and pelvic paraprostatic vascular study was performed using transrectal 3D real time b mode examination, power Doppler with spectral flows and 4D workstation analysis.

Vascular area: L BASE 2X2 MM Avascular areas: R MID 5X9 MM
Size: 46x36x44 mm x 0.52 Volume=39 cc

IMPRESSION:
Patient’s tumor has shrunk considerably (approximately 86% from original). Showing a Non-Vascular connection.

CONCLUSION:
In lieu of the above, the chances of the tumor growing or spreading at this time are minimal.

RECOMMENDATION:
Patient should continue on present course of treatment with the attached suggested additions.

Patient should return in six to eight months for a follow-up exam
